This is a practical and interactive course, covering key areas of Personal Injury (PI); including the work of the Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU), the calculation of future losses, the tactical use of Part 36 and Qualified One-Way Costs Shifting (QOCS).
You will learn the knowledge and skills which are essential in running a modern PI practice, through a mixture of learning methods, including extensive practical exercises.
Audience
The course is aimed at trainee solicitors, newly qualified solicitors, solicitors up to 5 years PQE or anyone new to PI work, who would like to develop skills in this area of the law.
