Simone is a qualified lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in a major city and global law firm, including nearly 25 years in knowledge management, working on strategy and its practical application.

She has extensive experience of leading and managing innovative projects in London and across global teams, working with and influencing lawyers, business services teams and the firm’s major clients.

Simone has excellent training skills with many years’ experience devising training sessions, delivering courses, and running training programmes for lawyers, clients, and support staff; presenting and chairing seminars and market leading conferences; setting up a Women’s Network and leading and building a large team.

She is commercially aware with excellent presentation, training, leadership, and management skills; an engaging and pragmatic communication style; strong problem solving and project management skills; and an aptitude for developing positive relationships.

Simone has previous experience as a University of Law tutor, Head of Legal Knowledge, professional support lawyer and litigation associate.  She has a MA Law from the University of Cambridge.
